18-106 - Building Demolition at 1124 E. 8th Street (CDBG)

In general, this project will consist of the abatement and demolition of a residential building located at 1124 E. 8th Street, Pueblo, Colorado.  A fire that partially consumed the structure has rendered the building structurally unsafe and the walls have been razed onto the building footprint. Scope of work includes open air demolition / abatement, handling and disposal in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations as detailed in the CDPHE approved Asbestos Scope of Work, Open Air Demolition - Variance, for this project.
