The City and County of Broomfield, Colorado (Broomfield) hereby solicits Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) to select a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) for the upcoming proposed new Broomfield Service Center: 144th Avenue. The construction has been funded for 2018 and project is in design development. The project budget is $25 million including contingencies, site work and FFE, excluding design. Design work will be completed in 2018 for a construction start in late 2018.
