The scope of work for this project includes roadway and drainage improvements to Brodie Avenue, along with construction of a concrete pedestrian trail. Brodie Avenue will be reconstructed with additional turn lanes, curb & gutter, storm sewers & inlets, driveway access, retaining walls, and ADA ramps. A 10-foot wide concrete trail will be constructed along the north side of Brodie Avenue to provide a safe pedestrian path, both attached to and detached from the curb.
