The project includes the removal of existing street, portions of the curb and gutter; and installation of new street, drain pans, curb and gutter to include but not limited to the following: removal of concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt mat; adjusting water valve height; laying aggregate base course, and asphalt; pouring gutter, curb and gutter; and marking and traffic control.

CCCS is a Colorodao State Agency and utilizes the State Website known as ColoradoVSS as the official means of communication. Awarded vendors will be required to register with ColoradoVSS. Information on registration can be found at www.colorado.gov/vss.

Event Note

To ensure sufficient information is available to firms preparing submittals, a mandatory pre-submittal and bid conference has been scheduled. The intent of this conference is to tour the site and to have CCCS staff available to discuss the project. Firms preparing submittals must attend and sign-in in order to have their submittals accepted.

Please allow yourself enough time to park and get to the room in a timely manner. The Lowry campus is not always listed accurately using Mapquest, etc. The door will be closed at 10:01 AM and latecomers will not be admitted.
