The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required services, to submit proposals for benefit consulting services for the design and administration of its health insurance and employee benefit related programs. The successful contractor shall enter into an agreement for a three-year period commencing October 1, 2018. This RFP neither requests nor authorizes firms to solicit quotes from insurance carriers.
