Description

Mapleton Public School (the District) is seeking proposals from commercial banking institutions (“Vendors”) that possess the capability and expertise to provide core depository and ancillary banking services for the District for the provision of those services according to the requirements set forth in this document. The purpose of this process is to identify the banking institution that can offer the highest quality service at the lowest cost. The District may pursue an unbundled arrangement whereby one or more banks provide optional or ancillary services, in addition to the core services identified in this RFP. The District is not obligated to procure any of the ancillary services enumerated in the RFP.

Vendor proposal package should consist of:

One hard copy original (marked "original") and five (5) additional copies.

An electronic version of the full proposal on two (2) unprotected USB drives, using Microsoft Office 2007-2010 products. As required in Section IV - RESPONSE FORMAT, the electronic copy should have separate folders for the technical and the cost or price portions of your proposal

Emailed or faxed submissions will not be accepted.
The District must receive proposals before the date and time indicated in theSchedule of Activities.

Late proposals will not be accepted.
