In general, the successful bidder will provide annual testing and repair services for irrigation and fire suppression system backflow preventers located within City owned properties and facilities. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation (including mileage and fuel), delivery, shipping/handling, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply service requirements as listed within the IFB.
