Description

The City of Aspen is currently seeking qualified flooring contractors for various City commercial and residential units/buildings over the next two years on an as needed basis for over 20 commercial and 50 residential properties. Services may include but are not limited to:

Flooring for new commercial and/or residential units/buildings;
Flooring renovation in commercial and/or residential units/buildings;
Re-flooring in both commercial and residential units/buildings;
Installation, replacement, repair, patching of carpet tiles, sheet, rolls in commercial and residential units/buildings;
Resilient flooring in bathrooms, kitchen, utility rooms including ceramic, terrazzo, quarry, stone, or quartz in commercial and residential units/buildings.
Wood flooring – Refinish, restoration, repair, replace in new and existing units/buildings.
Floor leveling and preparation.
Emergency services.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Respondents may submit proposals electronically on the Bidnet Direct website or deliver to the City of Aspen’s Purchasing office, 130 S. Galena Street, Aspen, Colorado 81611. Paper copies must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Proposal for 2018-002 As Needed Flooring New, Repair, Replacement, Refinishing Services” on the outside of the envelope.

Electronic submissions must be compiled as a single PDF or Word document. The project number must be in the title of the document along with the company name. For example: 2018-002 by XYZ Company.
