The City is accepting bids from qualified architects to provide services on an as-needed basis that includes, but is not limited to: comprehensive architecture and design drawing creation, code interpretation and analysis, planning and zoning review and recommendations, formatting and producing CAD and BIM designs, programming, design and peer review, construction administration including submittal reviews, RFI reviews, site inspections, QAQC checks, and project closeout.

Submissions must be compiled into a single PDF or Word document and submitted on the Bidnet Direct website, www.bidnetdirect.com or a paper copy may be submitted to the Purchasing office.

To submit a paper copy, the bid must be placed in an envelope then sealed. Clearly mark on the outside of the envelope “Bid for 2020-009 As-Needed Architectural and Design Services” and delivered to 130 S. Galena Street, Aspen, CO 81611 ATT: Purchasing. Bids must be submitted before 2:00pm, February 10, 2020.
