The Department of Facilities, Fleet & Emergency Support Services of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from responsible and qualified individuals/firms to assist the County, on an as-needed basis, with professional Architectural Services for various County projects. Individual projects/services will be discussed, negotiated, and issued as required throughout the 2019 calendar year.
The goal of the County, through this RFQ, is to assemble a list of several qualified individuals/firms that can be utilized, as needed. The agreement(s) with the individuals/firms, as a result of this RFQ, shall be considered Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Blanket Purchase Agreement authorizes, but does not obligate, the County to utilize any minimum or maximum, dollar amount or quantity of services from any specific individual or firm.
