The City of Pueblo and Pueblo County seek proposals to provide comprehensive Animal Shelter and/or Animal Control services consistent with Colorado law and the ordinances and resolutions of the City of Pueblo and Pueblo County. To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained from the Pueblo County Purchasing Department, 215 W. 10th Street, Room 148, Pueblo, Colorado 81003, between of hours of 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) or by contacting the Purchasing Department, Anita Crain, via E-mail at crain@pueblocounty.us. Pueblo County only publishes the legal notice on their website, not the entire RFP packet.
