2019-012 - Agriculture Building Restroom Renovations

This IFB covers renovations to men’s and women’s restrooms in the Agricultural Building on the Elbert County Fairgrounds to accommodate ADA compliance, update finishes, and replace plumbing fixtures. The Agriculture Building is a 10,000 square foot metal-sided building built in 1991. The restroom occupy a wood-framed interior office area with drywall walls and concrete slab floors covered in VCT. Renovations will take place while employees are working in the building; scheduling of renovation work will depend on scheduled activities in the building. Elbert County’s Facilities department anticipates work should take a total of approximately 45 days; time is of the essence.
