A lab within the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Colorado State University intends to purchase a DNA fragment analysis, quantification, and quality analysis instrument with a number of unique qualities including compatible supplies. The Agilent 4200 TapeStation System is a preferred instrument given that the lab is currently using and familiar with Agilent instruments that have a proven track record. Although the Agilent TapeStation is preferred, equivalent instruments will be considered. The lab is trading in two Agilent Bioanalyzer (2100 Electrophoresis, 2007 model year) and is looking to receive a trade-in credit.
