Description

The City of Durango has begun upgrading water distribution meters to an AMI system, and has selected the Zenner system and meters. Most of the residential meters have been upgraded and are on the Zenner system, and the City is now requesting proposals for installing the final phase of the project.
The City seeks a qualified AMI installer with the experience and expertise to bring approximately 1400 of the remaining water accounts into the established Zenner AMI system, and provide documentation required for the associated billing system changes. The accounts selected for this phase include meter sizes ranging from 5/8” to 1”. Contract work may include replacing setters and/or meter pit items, as well as adding and/or relocating MIU repeaters as needed to provide timely and accurate reporting.

All electronic copies shall be submitted as a single pdf file, labeled with the name of the firm. Submittals shall be organized in the order listed below to facilitate fair and equal evaluation of the responses.
Submittals shall not exceed 20 pages in length, excluding any supporting documentation that may be included.

Successful Bidder must have or obtain a City Business License upon award.
