ITB-18-002 - Administration Building Remodel Projects

The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary to construct the Administration Building Remodel Projects and other improvements as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications included as part of this Invitation to Bid.
 
This “Administration Building Remodel Projects” includes renovation and modification to the following areas:

• Security, Entrance Lobby and Reception
• First Floor Operations Muster Room
• Second Floor Maintenance Room
• Second Floor Office
