This project entails the removal and replacement of sections of existing concrete path (approximately 26,000 sq. ft.) and concrete “plaza” work (approximately 22,500 sq. ft.) at Addenbrooke Park in Lakewood, Colorado. Existing concrete was installed at 4” depth. Replacement is being increased to 6” depth. The project scope includes demolition and removal of identified path and flatwork to be replaced, replacing concrete path, replacing concrete flatwork, earthwork and grading, subgrade prep, and compaction. Items will be awarded based on available funding. Either of the items or both may be awarded based on bid prices received.
Project is to be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
