20-019 - Active Transportation Wayfinding Pilot Plan

The City and County of Broomfield is seeking a consultant or consultant team to provide professional services in the development of wayfinding signage designs, standards for deployment, cost estimates for fabrication and maintenance, and to develop preliminary plans for wayfinding implementation on priority active transportation routes.  The action plan will guide Broomfield in the deployment of Wayfinding throughout the community, identify the key destinations within the community, and identify best value capital infrastructure improvements that will enhance safety and comfort on active modes routes.  Preliminary design drawings for implementing identified priority routes will be a key deliverable. Further, the consultant team awarded this project will be responsible for refining and expanding the active modes routes identified in the Broomfield Bicycle and Pedestrian Assessment.  Consultant shall comply with all Colorado Department of Transportation Requirements and associated Federal requirements.
