Five (5) years of experience with similar work in the Denver metropolitan area and local jurisdictions - Certificate of Incorporation or other formal documentation meeting the requirement of years in business
Minimum of three (3) sample reports from three different projects with similar scope for evaluation. (ENCLOSED AS PART OF YOUR SUBMITTAL)

Certification Required: Contractors must be professionally certified in order to be eligible for award. Contractors shall enclose a copy of their certification with their Response.
- Certified per State of Colorado Requirements and have the ability to conduct any of the following activities, as required by Regulation No. 8, Part B, in the State of Colorado: Asbestos Building Inspection and Bulk Sampling; Development of Asbestos Management Plans; Air Monitoring for Asbestos Fibers; Development of Asbestos Project Designs; and Project Management as specified in Section II.J.
