INTRODUCTION: The City of Aspen seeks to upgrade the Lutron network lighting controls at the Aspen Recreation Center. The current lighting control system is 13 years old yet includes hardware that is current and sufficient to meet operational needs. The lighting management system computer(s), software and related components need replacement.
SCOPE OVERVIEW: The City of Aspen is requesting bids for a vendor to provide hardware for an upgrade to the existing lighting system and to facilitate factory programming, commissioning and training - including any costs associated with these factory provided services. Programming provided will be coordinated with owner’s personnel and shall be such that controls are intuitive for users to operate. Owner’s personnel shall be trained on the hardware being installed, including how to replace, maintain and update the equipment as needed. Owners personnel shall be trained on all software being installed, including the main lighting manager, internet connected devices, web applications, control interfaces and wall stations.
