As part of the City’s commitment to Sustainable Purchasing, electronic bid submission is preferred. Bids shall be submitted online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/city-of-fort-collins. Please note: submitting bids through RMEPS may need additional time for completion. Bids not submitted by the designated Opening Date and Time will not be accepted by the system.
If electing to submit a hard copy bid, we require one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy on a jump drive to be received at the City of Fort Collins' Purchasing Division. Bids must be received before 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on [Date] and referenced as Bid No. 9066. If delivered, they are to be sent to 215 North Mason Street, 2nd Floor, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. If mailed, the address is P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, 80522-0580. Please note, additional time is required for bids mailed to the PO Box to be received at the Purchasing Office.
