0020 - 2020 Streetscape Project Phase III

The WORK is briefly described as all necessary site work and construction of improvements for streetscaping project including: acquisition of all permits and approvals as needed; demolition and removal of existing infrastructure as needed; preparation and construction of roadway, timber curb, concrete curb and gutter, and ADA accessible curb ramps; construction of designated landscape and retaining features; irrigation system main lines and appurtenances; storm sewer system; lighting and associated electrical work; concrete paving, asphalt paving, and street striping. Work to include all necessary appurtenant piping, structures, utilities, equipment and labor. WORK shall be substantially completed within 210 calendar days from the Notice-to-Proceed date. BIDDER shall present two alternative bids: one showing the project using hot mix asphalt paving and the alternative using emulsified asphalt (chip-seal).
