Description

The City of Littleton is re-sealing 146 windows in sixteen locations at the Littleton Center, located at 2255 West Berry Avenue, Littleton, Colorado, 80120. The Contractor will dismantle interior and exterior trim, prepare and clean the openings, apply new sealant and install new interior wedge vinyl. We are also replacing two failed double pane storefront style panels, and we are removing four atmospheric louvers installed above entry doors and replacing them with double pane glass panels.
