The Operations Division is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the disposal of its spoils at a landfill for the 2019 calendar year. Spoils disposed of will include water break spoils, sweeper materials, and storm water debris. The removal, transport and disposal of spoils will be from the City Service Facility and will be delivered to landfill by city staff using city owned dump trucks.
