WTR201901 - 2019 Fountain Mesa Water Service Replacements

The Scope of the Project will involve the replacement of Eighteen (18) Water Service Lines to existing residences, some of which include replacing the existing external Meter Pit. Coordination with water customers and other City agencies will be required. Saddle tapping, Pavement Repair, and Traffic Management are required. The conditions among the 18 locations may not be uniform, meaning the contractor may have to deal with unexpected conditions such as poor soil, thicker asphalt, deeper-than-expected pipes, etc. with no expectation of receiving additional funds.
