Bids must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), September 27, 2018. Please include 2018 Various Parking Lot Repairs in the subject line of the email and include your company name in the body of the email.

No proposals will be considered that have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City's Purchasing Division. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by internal email delivery system, allow time for the system to scan the attachments. Be aware that there is a time delay for emails to be scanned of up to 10 minutes from the time you send until the time it is actually received and available to City staff.
