2018-HD-BP1 - 2018 Golf Course Hail Damage

The City of Louisville Golf Course suffered extensive hail damage on June 18, 2018. Most of the damage is to roofing systems, although the damage did extend to other building components. The City is working with Travelers Insurance to replace or repair hail damaged building components.
 
ROOFING SPECIFICATION & SCOPE OF WORK
 
The included specification includes a list of general and specific requirements for this project.
 
A detailed scope of work has been provided by Travelers Insurance and is include for each builing.  The expectation is that the detailed work be turnkey by the Contractor, except for exclusions listed in the Specifications.  Below is a brief summary of the scope of work for each building:
 
43. Golf Course Pump Building – remove and replace laminate shingle roof, flashing, skylights, gutters and downspouts. R and R miscellaneous mechanical roofing components
 
44. Golf Course Clubhouse – remove and replace single ply membrane, laminate shingle roofing, gutters, downspouts and flashing.  R and R miscellaneous mechanical roofing components as specified. Alternate #44a to R and R existing EPDM roofing. Alternate #44b is to R and R damaged aluminum pergola. Alternate #44c is to paint damaged siding.
 
45. Golf Course Pavilion – remove and replace laminate shingle roof and drip edge. Paint drip edge and exterior fascia.
 
46. Golf Course Rest Station – remove and replace laminate shingle roof, drip edge, gutters, downspouts and skylights. R and R miscellaneous mechanical roofing components as specified.
 
47. Golf Maintenance Building – remove and replace metal roof with skylight panels and metal siding. R and R miscellaneous building components as specified. R and R steel metal door and overhead door panels. R and R skylight in storage shed.
