IFB 2017-14 - 2018 Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Replacement Project

The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement, pattern concrete, sidewalk, curb and gutter, mountable curb, gutter and walk, crosspan (10” thick), curb ramp (6” thick), 4” sidewalk, and 6” sidewalk. The Contractor shall supply
all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contract shall be awarded based on bids received and the contract documents. Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with adjacent businesses, trash removal companies, school district, HOA, Metro Districts, and other Town maintenance projects if applicable. The contractor shall commence work no later than ten (10) calendar days from, and including, the date of the Notice to Proceed, and be construction complete (including punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within sixty five (65) working days from the date on the Notice to Proceed. Work shall take place between April, 2018 and July 13, 2018.
