Description

The Parks and Recreation Department will be managing a playground lighting project in three (3) different parks located in Brighton, CO.
The city will provide specifications, the purpose of which is to establish and define the lighting system performance and design standards for the City of Brighton at Colorado Park, Ken Mitchell Park and Donelson Park using an LED Lighting source. The manufacturer / contractor shall supply lighting equipment to meet or exceed the standards set forth in these specifications.
The sports lighting will be for the following venues:

1. 1. Colorado Park - Basketball, Tennis, Parking
  2. Ken Mitchell Park – Basketball Court
  3. Donelson Park – Basketball Court

Bids will be received at the office of the Division of Procurement & Contracts, City of Brighton, 500 South 4th Avenue, Fifth Floor, Brighton, Colorado 80601, no later than the date and time listed in the Key Dates. There shall be one (1) official clock for determining the timely filing of sealed Bids and it shall be located in said office of the Division of Procurement & Contracts and designated as the “Official Clock”. Bids may be mailed or delivered in person, but must be in a sealed envelope. No Bids will be accepted after the time and date established above, except as revised by written addenda.
