The project entails improvements along 10th Street corridor from 35th Avenue to 23rd Avenue. This includes completing access control improvements, installing curb, gutter, sidewalk, medians, landscaping, irrigation, and street lights. All of this work will be in conformance with the City of Greeley standards and specifications, the CDOT Standard specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2017 Edition, M & S Standards 2012 Edition and the manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, 2009 Editions.
