In general, the work consists of construction of roundabout to include paving, aggregate base courses, embankment, curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, signage and pavement markings, and minor grading and traffic control. This work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete installation of the items described above and as specified in the Plans and Specifications. The specifications utilized for this project is “Colorado Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2019” or “Standard Construction Specifications and Standard Details for City of Pueblo, Colorado” and as subsequently revised.
