The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (PWMD) Utilities Department would like to purchase one or more kiosks to receive monthly payments for water and sewer service bills. The kiosks should be freestanding, should generate a receipt, and be able to accept credit and debit card payments, check and e-check payments, and credit card payments. Payments made at the kiosk should be able to be reconciled remotely at the end of every business day. PWMD uses Billmaster by DataWest as its billing system and payment reports should be able to be brought into Billmaster. PWMD uses Checkfree, Metavante, Mars, and Orcc to reconcile billpay payments. NCR/Jetpay processes IVR payments and ACH payments are reconciled by Billmaster. The final location(s) of the kiosk(s) is undetermined at this time but may include high-visibility locations throughout the community or PWMD facilities.
