The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (Metro District or Owner) is soliciting Proposals from those entities (Proposers) interested in contracting to serve as the Design/Builder for the design and construction of the TSB Annex and Lab Storage Building Repurpose Project (Project). The Project will be located at the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF), 6450 York Street, in Commerce City, Colorado.
The Project will include the final design, permitting, and construction of a pre-engineered metal storage building, adjacent driveway, associated site work, paving, and utility services, along with interior modifications to the existing Laboratory Storage Building. The new Water Quality Facility will be located at the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) just to the west of the existing Laboratory Storage Building.
