The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (Metro District or District) is soliciting proposals for consulting services to assist the District in developing the organization’s first communication plan. The need to prioritize, expand, and improve internal and external communication is a recurring theme and aspiration of the District’s 2016 Strategic Plan.

**Note** This is the new PAR-1328 Communication Plan RFP. There were user created internal issues that have been corrected. Please submit RFP responses through this system.
