Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be brief (seven single-sided, typed pages and five figures maximum) and shall address the following:
· Presentation on reasons the firm should be selected for the work.
· Description of the firm including size, local office capabilities, applicable experience, and financial condition.
· Description of the firms testing equipment.
· Names, background, and applicable experience of specific personnel to be assigned to the work. Include the professional registration status of those in responsible charge.
· Brief discussion of the current workload of the firm.
· Fee schedule, based on the estimated type and quantity of tests.
· Fee Estimate Table (as indicated in the RFP)
· Six current or former client references and description of services provided.
