The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (the Metro District or District) is seeking competitive proposals for a marketing agency or consultancy to lead the District through phase 1 of a 2 part brand identity project. The first phase will be to evaluate our current brand identity and make recommendations for optimizing brand identity. The second phase of the project will be to implement the recommendations developed in phase 1 to formally enhance the District’s brand identity. Ideally, the District will hire a single company able to support the end-to-end requirements of the brand identity transformation, including brand identification, brand identity development, visual identity (including a possible new logo and possible name change), marketing strategy, core messaging, vocabulary development, corporate identity, internal culture change management, digital customer experience management, on-location visitor experience management, external communications, social media and public relations.
