Description

To procure HVAC Filters as listed in the bid form for the District. 
 
The bid form Attachment A, spreadsheet is included as part of this bid documents.
 
The District is divided into 6 shops, Central Area Shop (CAS), North Central Area Shop (NCAS), North Area Shop (NAS), West Area Shop (WAS), South Central Area Shop (SCAS) and South Area Shop (SAS.)  Each shop has an assigned group leader.
 
The District will supply the Vendor with a bulk order in March of each year.  The Vendor will coordinate delivery of the filters to each district location.  Delivery coordination will include scheduling dates, and routes with the area group leaders.  The area group leader will assign district staff to meet Vendor at each delivery location.
