Construction of four (4) dedicated Pickle Ball courts complete with fencing and lights along with an unattached 3/4 size basketball court with goals and no lights or fencing all on post tension concrete slabs with acrylic color surfacing and striping. Site grading will be prepared by owner and electrical work running underground conduit and electrical hookups will be by owner supplied electrician or electrical contractor.
