    Prior to submitting proposals for this project, each Bidder shall have examined the site, compared it with the drawings and specifications and satisfied itself as to the existing conditions under which it will be required to work or that will affect the work under his contract. No allowance will be made in behalf of a Bidder for any error or negligence in determining these conditions. Submission of a bid shall be taken as prima facie evidence of compliance with this requirement and that the bidder has visited the site and understands conditions. A mandatory pre-bid meeting intended to address all project questions and concerns will be conducted on project site, at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 18, 2018.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Sealed bids for the project will be received by the Foothills Park and Recreation District at the District Office, 6612 S. Ward St., Littleton, CO 80127, until 2:00 PM on June 1, 2018. At such time and place bids will be publicly opened and recorded.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked plainly with the name and address of bidder, bid title, date and time of closing stated thereon.  All bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check payable to the OWNER in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount to be retained by the Owner until a contract is executed.
