The Evergreen Fire Protection District (EFPD or The District) has issued this RFP with the intention to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the installation and maintenance of an On-Premise Digital PBX Phone System. The District desires a new phone system using either PRI or SIP technology. The District will entertain options for purchase outright or hosted/cloud based systems.

On site visit for the analysis and verification of services and conditions may be scheduled between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday by contacting the office manager, Carol Hucker, at 303.674.3145 or chucker@evergreenfirerescue.com

Proposals must be received by the EFPD Office Manager by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 to be considered. Proposals may be submitted electronically or by mail. It is the responsibility of the proposer to be certain all documents are received by the EFPD Office Manager prior to the deadline. Late submittals will not be considered.
