DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE.1 (DCSD) is requesting pre-qualification submittals from interested General Contractors for Capital Improvement Projects with a construction cost range up to $3M+. These projects may include, but are not limited to, repairs and replacements of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and flooring building components, athletic site amenities, as well as site landscaping and asphalt. Additional projects may be available upon the successful passage of a bond.

Two (2) copies of the pre-qualification submittal information must be delivered to:

By no later than 4:00p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) on April 30, 2018.

School district staff will review the submitted information and establish a list of pre-qualified General Contractors, which will be posted on BidNet.

All costs incurred with material preparation and submission in response to this RFQ are the
responsibility of the applicant.

Submission of incomplete data or material received after the stated deadline will constitute disqualification. The school district reserves the right to reject any firm responding to this RFQ.
