The Department of Open Space and Natural Resources of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from responsible and qualified Contractors for services to plan, execute, monitor, and closeout projects related to the repair and maintenance of residences, barns, and other outbuildings owned by the County. The SOQ received will be evaluated for inclusion on the County’s Short List for the duration of approximately nineteen (19) months, beginning in June 2019 to and including December 31, 2020.
