The City and County of Denver, acting by and through its Board of Water Commissioners (also “Denver Water” and “the Board”), is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The Board is seeking Proposals from qualified Proposers who have specific experience in the area(s) identified in this RFP. To be eligible for consideration, the Proposer must be capable of meeting all requirements specified in this RFP. This RFP is intended to provide interested banks and other lending institutions with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals to provide a Line of Credit in the amount of up to $60,000,000, to provide a quickly and easily accessible source of funds to acquire, construct and install Capital Improvements (“Capital Projects”).
