NA - Health and Welfare Benefit Administration Services

Denver Water is issuing this RFP for benefit administration services for the employees and retirees of Denver Water and has retained Gallagher Benefit Services to manage the RFP process. The Board of Water Commissioners oversees the benefit plans and services as the plan sponsor. The plans are currently administered in-house though manual processes and systems (PeopleSoft). The general scope of services is listed below.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify and engage an outsourcing solution partner to provide Health & Welfare Benefit Administration services including an online benefit administration system.  Denver Water’s goals include offering exceptional service to internal team members and to significantly improve the current employee benefit enrollment and administration experience.

Denver Water has requested that all contact regarding this RFP be through Gallagher Benefit Services.  Bidders who contact Denver Water directly regarding this RFP will not be considered in the final bid process.
