NOTE: The total final cost of the new Wheel Loader and trade-in of the CSU owned used Wheel Loader will be a consideration in the award of this solicitation. However, lowest total cost may not be the final basis of the award as CSU Equine Science will discern the best product and DQ response based on fit to CSU needs. CSU Procurement and Equine Science teams will be the sole judges of fit to needs.
