Description

Colorado State University (CSU) is seeking sustainably-sourced, community-focused, ice cream
with made-to-order options that upholds the highest standards of sustainability through local
networking. Purchasing products demonstrative of these criterion is critical to the core landgrant
mission of the University, as stated by Colorado State’s Climate Action Plan, Housing &
Dining Services’ Sustainability Initiatives, and to maintain AASHE STARS platinum ranking.
These factors help Residential Dining Services (RDS) enhance the quality of our guests’
experience and provide an increased awareness of community partnerships in our operation.
