This is a cooperative purchasing agreement for use within the Colorado State University System at CSU Fort Collins location, and potentially CSU Pueblo (optional), and any other interested Universities within vendor capabilities. On-site trained collection services, with chain-of-custody handling sample procedures to lab for testing/screening, with secure on-line prompt results reporting is required per NCAA testing thresholds.
