RESPONSES TO THIS INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. A detailed response to specifications and features of the quoted equipment in a matching point-by-point listing to unpriced quote attached.
Pay particular attention to the Department Sole Source Justification Letter of requirements. Documents or literature, and comparative descriptions of features/functions, which can be evaluated by CSU personnel to determine exact equivalence or better are required.
2. Colorado State University will be the sole judge of equivalence.
3. All questions pertaining to this SSN must be submitted by Email to the Purchasing Agent.
4. Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
