The State of Colorado, Institution of Colorado State University (CSU), is soliciting interest from qualified
Design/Build (D/B) Entities and/or General Contractors regarding industry feedback and interest in
utilizing a Design/Build Lump Sum Target Cost Based (DBLS) project delivery method or Design/Bid/Build(DBB) project delivery method for the project described herein.

CSU intends to develop a new women’s softball and soccer complex on main campus within the former
football practice area. The university has approved a budget to pursue design options and program plans for the project, which will be housed where the soccer field now sits, just south of the parking lot at Moby Arena. The overall project budget has funding commitments and will soon go through the state approvalsprocess.
