The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) is a multidisciplinary team of natural, physical, and social scientists who work closely with the Department of Defense and other agencies to inform management of natural and cultural resources consistent with achieving mission-specific and societal goals. CEMML is part of Colorado State University’s Warner College of Natural Resources.
 
The Fort Polk Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance program culvert replacement, encompasses upgrades and new installation in support of maintenance trail work for the Sustainable Range Program Integrated Training Area Management on the US Army Fort Polk training lands located in Louisiana for a period of one (1) year (end date of 9/23/2019). The program is anticipated to continue for up to five years and may require purchases beyond the first year.  Listed for quote are the estimated materials required for the first year. Annual pricing must be held firm through 9/23/19, with 4 annual renewals possible.  Total of five year award to 9/23/2023 possible.
