RESPONSES TO THIS INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. A detailed response to specifications of the quoted equipment in a matching point-by-point listing to both vendor quote and department sole source justification.
Pay particular attention to the Department Sole Source Justification Letter of requirements. Documents or literature, and comparative descriptions of features/functions, which can be evaluated by CSU personnel to determine exact equivalence or better are required.
Specifically address all areas of compatibility of equipment pieces with your system if indicated by the department.
2. Colorado State University will be the sole judge of equivalence.
3. All questions and responses pertaining to this SSN must be sent by Email to the Purchasing Agent.
4. Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
